My recent stay at Red Inn Heritage in Georgetown was fantastic! I stayed for a week and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The guesthouse is conveniently situated near interesting places and food options, making it easy to immerse myself in the local culture. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when assisting us with changing our room. The guesthouse is spacious with a lovely open area that always had a refreshing breeze, providing a comfortable retreat after a hot day of exploring. The abundance of shared bathrooms meant never having to wait, and there are plenty of food hawkers and beer clubs nearby, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

The decoration at Red Inn Heritage was absolutely charming. The vintage furniture and beautiful paintings added a touch of elegance to the common areas, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I appreciated the cozy and comfortable atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with wide hallways and well-lit areas, making it easy for me to navigate around the premises.
I would have appreciated a handrail in the shower for better support and stability.

The staff was accommodating and allowed us to rest on the couch when we arrived early in the morning. the air conditioning in the room worked well, providing relief from the heat. - the location of the guest house was fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling area.
The room was windowless and felt quite dark and cramped. The breakfast provided was extremely basic, consisting only of coffee/tea, bread with margarine, and a limited selection of fresh fruit.

The location of this guest house is excellent, right in the heart of Chinatown. You'll be close to the nightlife, but far enough away to not have it interrupt your sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the option for air conditioning. The shared bathroom facilities are also clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is included and offers a selection of toast, pancakes, fruit, and noodles. The communal area is a great place to relax, with comfortable chairs and a TV with movie channels. this guest house offers great value for money.
The internet connection at this guest house can be unreliable at times.

Convenient location for exploring Penang. Close proximity to the Blue mansion and local restaurants on Love Lane street. Limited breakfast options but sufficient. Friendly staff.

The room we booked at Red Inn Heritage Guest House was small but acceptable. The guesthouse itself is huge with an open space, providing a comfortable respite from the hot days in George Town. The shared bathrooms were plentiful, so we never had to wait for a shower. The location is convenient, with lots of food hawkers and beer clubs nearby.

I had been wanting to visit the Upside Down Museum in George Town for a long time, so I chose to stay at Red Inn Heritage Guest House due to its excellent location. To my surprise, the guesthouse also offered dry cleaning services, which I found very convenient. Additionally, I loved the small reception/lobby area and the umbrella shaded breakfast terrace at the inn. These features added a charming touch to my stay.
One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Awful staff, dingy rooms, and unpleasant smells.

The lounge at the guesthouse is like a haven for relaxation, with a flat-screen TV, satellite channels, and a billiard table. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Thin walls.
